• Previews are typically scheduled during your wedding weekend to provide a seamless, on-location experience
• For those who prefer to meet in advance, preview appointments are also available in Buffalo, NY
• Separate NYC preview appointments prior to your wedding date may be scheduled upon request and are subject to additional travel and day-rate fees

Bridal preview is reserved for the bride and is not included for bridal party members.

• Travel is factored into your custom quote based on location and timeline
• Hotel accommodations may be required for early start times or multi-day events
• Parking, tolls, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the client

• Signed service agreement
• Non-refundable deposit
• Final balance due 14 days prior to the wedding date

All NYC bookings are subject to a minimum investment.  Smaller parties are welcome, though the minimum will still apply.

All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. Cancellations or reductions in services will not reduce the agreed minimum.

The client is responsible for ensuring all parties are ready at their scheduled time. Delays may result in adjusted services or additional fees.

A suitable workspace must be provided, including adequate lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets.
