Frequently asked Questions

Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance, and no later than 3 months to ensure your date. However, if you are in a pinch, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. 

Trials can be booked anytime prior to your big day.  I recommend booking your trial on a special day, so that you can show off your beautiful look.  Many brides will book it on the day of their bridal shower,  engagement shoot or bachelorette party. 

Everyone's hair should be clean and completely dry (washed the night before or morning of if possible) in order to have the hair set properly.  If you have an oily scalp, it is advisable that you wash your hair the day of to ensure a long-lasting style. Please make sure all hair is completely dry prior to your service.

Please bring your veil and headpiece if you have purchased it.  If not, I do have some accessories for you to try on with your style.  If you plan on using extensions, it’s a great idea to have them on hand for your trial to get the full effect!  I recommend bringing in photos of hair ideas for the wedding day.

The short answer is YES!!!  I recommend purchasing clip-in extensions to best achieve your desired look. If you are unsure, that’s ok, I can discuss options with you at your trial and make some recommendations.  Extensions offer versatility, allowing brides to achieve a wide range of bridal hairstyles that may require extra length or volume, such as cascading curls, voluminous updos, or intricate braids. The are a welcome addition to ANY hairstyle!

Yes!  I am a freelance hair stylist that strictly specializes in doing onsite services all over the Buffalo, Niagara, Rochester area.
I will do destination weddings upon request and availability.  Please note that you would be responsible for travel cost, one night accommodation and misc expenses pertaining to travel.
The cost for styling may be subject to additional fees.

 Yes, I provide hairstyling services for various events including bridal showers, proms, photo sessions, and more. 

While I specialize in bridal hairstyling and do not personally offer makeup services, I collaborate with talented makeup artists.  We can arrange makeup services for you through our trusted partners.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.  That amount is based on the size of the bridal party and will come off the total owing the day of.

I typically spend a total of a little over an hour on the bride for hair.  Bridesmaids will take about 30-45 minutes each, unless someone has abnormally long or thick hair. I prefer to do the bride last, or second to last so that she is the most fresh and camera ready. 

There is a travel fee for all onsite services.  This fee covers gas, tolls, drive time and is based on location.  Travel fees typically range from $25-$120.
